Jean-Baptiste Pauchard is the Executive Chairman of Quantum AM, an independent investment firm specializing in the structuring of high-value, real asset–backed investment vehicles and alternative strategies.
With over two decades of experience in structured finance, private equity, and alternative asset management, Jean-Baptiste has worked alongside leading financial institutions including UBS (formerly Credit Suisse), LGT, JP Morgan, and Société Générale to design tailored investment solutions for institutional investors, family offices, and private banks.

He has led the development of several regulated funds through Silver Square SARL, including:

Through Reval Private Equity Asia, Jean-Baptiste also structured CITIC Rising Star, a $250 million joint venture with China’s CITIC Group, focused on real estate and entertainment licensing (Marvel, Universal Studios), which was fully acquired by The Walt Disney Company.

Tristan Delmas-Guichenné is the CEO of Quantum AM, bringing over 15 years of international leadership in luxury hospitality and strategic management to redefine hotel investment and elevate premium guest experiences.

A graduate of ESSEC Business School, where he earned an MBA with a focus on Asset Management and Entrepreneurship, Tristan combines academic excellence with hands-on expertise to create long-term value at the intersection of performance, innovation, and luxury.
​
Before joining Quantum AM, he held senior executive roles at renowned hospitality brands such as Hyatt, Four Seasons, Jumeirah, One&Only, and most recently, Barnes International, where he launched Maison Barnes—a high-end, experiential hospitality brand celebrating French Art de Vivre through bespoke services and curated stays.

As Hotel Manager of the iconic Burj Al Arab, Tristan successfully led the hotel’s post-COVID reopening and repositioned it within the ultra-luxury segment. He then played a pivotal role in the pre-opening of One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai, overseeing the recruitment of over 1,400 employees and the launch of 11 dining venues.

A visionary leader, Tristan has managed teams of over 1,500 people and directed key functions including Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Technology. His strategic insight and operational excellence have consistently driven innovation and elevated brand experiences on a global scale.

Nicolas Mohand-Cherif is the Head of Real Estate with over 15 years of experience in managing high-end assets, structuring complex legal operations, and driving strategic development in the real estate and wealth management sectors.
With a background that combines legal rigor and entrepreneurial vision, he plays a key role in shaping the real estate strategy of the Quantum Origine group.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Notarial Law (D.S.N) from Montesquieu University of Bordeaux and began his career in 2002 as a notary. For over a decade, he advised a demanding clientele on structuring civil and patrimonial operations, developing advanced expertise in real estate, inheritance, and contract law. His bespoke and secure approach has earned him the trust of key players in the industry.

In 2013, he joined a French real estate company as Director of Transactions, a position he held for 12 years. In this role, he led the commercial strategy, team management, recruitment, and talent development. He successfully coordinated large-scale real estate projects, consistently balancing operational excellence with human performance.
Today, he holds dual roles as CEO of Quantum Origine Estate and Head of Real Estate at Quantum AM. In this capacity, he oversees the group’s international real estate initiatives, ensures the legal and financial integrity of operations, and plays an active role in the acquisition, enhancement, and long-term preservation of luxury assets. He is instrumental in delivering projects that combine profitability, innovation, and heritage conservation.
With dual expertise in legal affairs and executive management, he brings a comprehensive vision to the luxury real estate sector. His leadership—grounded in precision, trust, and effectiveness—actively contributes to the sustainable growth and strategic strength of the Quantum Origine group.

Antoine Dorland is the Chief Information & technical Officer. He's a strategic leader in enterprise data governance and digital transformation, with a proven expertise in steering data-centric initiatives across complex international organizations. With a dual focus on business impact and technical excellence, he brings to his role a vision shaped by years of hands-on experience at the intersection of technology, operations, and executive decision-making.

As Management Entity Data Lead for Southern Europe at Pernod Ricard, Antoine drives the alignment of regional data strategies with global objectives, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and value creation across business entities. He leads cross-market governance programs, standardizes data flows, and acts as a key interface between local leadership, IT functions, and corporate stakeholders—laying the foundation for scalable, future-proof digital infrastructures.

His previous roles in consulting and project leadership saw him deliver critical digital transformation programs, optimize enterprise architectures, and manage high-stakes digital deployments in fast-paced environments. His capacity to translate strategic vision into operational execution makes him a valuable asset for organizations seeking to future-proof their IT ecosystems.

Dr. Thierry Morel is Director of Art Acquisitions. He's a world-renowned art historian, curator, and cultural advisor, bringing over two decades of expertise in museum curation, provenance research, and the strategic acquisition of masterworks. With academic credentials from the University of Oxford and Université Paris II Assas, and a curatorial portfolio that includes acclaimed exhibitions at the State Hermitage Museum and La Biennale di Venezia, he joins Quantum Asset Management as Director of Art Acquisitions.

In this role, Dr. Morel leads the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of exceptional art assets for the group’s cultural and investment portfolio. His expertise spans Old Masters to contemporary works, with a keen focus on historical significance, provenance integrity, and long-term value. He brings strategic insight to Quantum AM’s art investment arm, aligning acquisitions with the company’s vision of excellence, cultural responsibility, and legacy-building.

Throughout his career, he has served as Curator-at-Large for the Hermitage Museum Foundation (New York) and Trustee of the Sir John Soane’s Museum (London), while curating landmark exhibitions such as Francis Bacon and the Masters and Houghton Revisited, the latter named Exhibition of the Year by Apollo Magazine. His scholarly work has been published internationally, and his contributions to television and film have helped make art accessible to a wider audience.

Susana Sam Vargas is Senior Art Advisor. She's an international expert in cultural governance, art advisory, and heritage preservation, with a distinguished career across global institutions and the high-end art market. A graduate of Harvard University and the Sotheby’s Institute of Art, she brings to Quantum Asset Management a rare blend of expertise at the intersection of culture, heritage strategy, and investment.

As Senior Art Advisor at Quantum AM, Susana leads the strategic direction of art-related investments, cultural asset management, and heritage-driven projects. She advises on the acquisition and valuation of high-value artworks, ensures compliance with heritage regulations, and integrates cultural capital into the group’s broader asset management strategy.
​
Previously, she served as Deputy Secretary of the Executive Board at UNESCO, where she contributed to the development of international policies in education, cultural heritage, and the arts. Her experience managing complex international initiatives is a key asset in shaping responsible and culturally engaged strategies within Quantum AM.
